2. Purpose
The website presents flowtooption’s software products and lets you request information, demos or trial periods. The specific subscription conditions of each product — price, trial duration and billing — are presented before any purchase.
3. Pre-contractual information
No charge is made without prior, clear presentation of the price, billing period and cancellation conditions. Free trial periods are communicated upfront and the customer is notified before the first charge.
4. Intellectual property
The flowtooption brand, symbol, product names and all website content are the property of flowtooption and may not be reproduced without written permission.
5. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Portuguese courts have jurisdiction over disputes, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules.
