Through the website forms we collect name, email, product of interest and message, for the sole purpose of answering your request and presenting flowtooption products.

The legal basis for processing is the data subject’s explicit consent, given at submission time. We do not store data submitted without consent.

3. Retention and sharing

Data is kept only for as long as necessary to manage the commercial contact. We do not sell or share data with third parties. Data is hosted in the European Union.

4. Your rights

You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection, and withdraw consent, by writing to hello@flowtooption.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese supervisory authority (CNPD).

5. Payments

Where payments exist, card data is processed exclusively by the payment provider (Stripe). This website never stores card numbers.
